Heat Treatment:

Slewing Bearings heat treatment is a crucial step in the process that gives our slewing bearings their characteristics of outstanding stability and hardness.

The raceway of the ferrule should be quenched, the surface hardness of the raceway should reach 55 HRC～62 HRC, the depth>3mm, and mark “S” at the soft belt. Gears to be quenched are divided into tooth surface quenching and tooth surface tooth root For quenching and full-tooth quenching, the surface hardness of the quenched part is 50 HRC～60 HRC.
