The production base of Jingtai Holdings Group Co., Ltd. is located in Lutai Economic Development Zone, Tangshan, Hebei Province, covering an area of 425 sq.m. In 2017, in response to the national environmental protection and industrial policies, the company moved from Tongzhou, Beijing to Lutai Economic Development Zone. In 2018, the base was officially put into use with five existing factory buildings, each covering an area of 30,000 square meters. After two years of construction, according to the initial planning, the first phase of the plant has been completed. The road surface of the factory area is completed 25,000 square meters. There are solar street lamps on both sides of the road in the factory, and two megawatts of photovoltaic power generation system installation project has been started. The air environment protection system, fire fighting system and security system of the plant have been gradually improved. Greening and landscape planning has been completed program, is expected to be completed in 2020 December. The living facilities in the base are complete, and there is also a product testing center inside the factory.

II. Workshop site
The production workshop covers an area of 150,000 square meters, of which No.1 workshop is the panel furniture production sub-factory, which mainly produces panel furniture and artificial board semi-finished products supporting processing, and has two automatic panel processing production lines, the production equipment is German Homag and other advanced equipment, including Homag machining centers, automatic sealing production lines and other large-scale processing equipment. At present, we are in the leading position in the same industry in China, and the fully automatic production line can effectively improve the production efficiency and guarantee the quality at the same time. The factory is equipped with large dust removal system and modern cleaning equipment. At present, the company processes 300,000 sheets of boards and produces 550,000 pieces of panel furniture annually.No.2 workshop is solid wood office furniture production sub-factory, which mainly produces solid wood furniture and hotel furniture, and has two modernized solid wood processing production lines, two painting production lines, including UV paint spraying production line and water-based paint spraying production line, and is equipped with a complete set of environmentally friendly sewage treatment system. Production equipment for the German Homag and other advanced equipment, including electronic cutting saws, drilling centers, six rows of drilling and other large production equipment. At present, the company produces 300,000 pieces of solid wood office furniture and 350,000 pieces of solid wood hotel furniture annually, of which one-fifth of the hotel furniture is exported. No.3 workshop is the upholstered furniture production sub-factory, mainly produces sofas and office seating products with two upholstery processing production lines and one seating processing production line, with an annual production of 16,000 sofas and 120,000 office chairs. No.4 workshop is the screen production sub-factory, mainly producing screen office furniture, with complete screen furniture production line and annual production of 2 million square meters of screen office furniture.No.5 workshop is the steel cabinet production sub-factory, mainly producing steel furniture, including steel cabinets and steel furniture beds and other steel products, with processing and production of steel furniture products, machinery and equipment and a fully automated powder spraying production line, and equipped with sewage treatment system. At present, the annual production capacity is 50,000 pieces of steel cabinets and 45,000 pieces of steel beds. In addition, in order to meet the market demand and enhance the brand competitive strength, the base also has a laboratory furniture sub-factories, these production sub-factories are based on the company's production center as the core, the use of modern management tools to continue to forge ahead, and then stationed in the Lutai Economic Development Zone, the performance of the past few years has gradually climbed.

III. Raw material warehouse
The raw material warehouse is divided into plate area, hardware area, semi-finished products area, packaging materials area, etc., of which the maximum storage of plate area is 10,000 sheets, hardware storage area stores different hardware accessories, 100 varieties, an average of 2,000 pieces out of the warehouse. Semi-finished products storage area is mainly for storing outsourced semi-finished products. The raw material warehouse is subordinate to the company's warehouse center, equipped with modern warehousing and distribution equipment, perfect internal electronic ledger system and efficient in and out of the warehouse management process, so that the finished goods warehouse has become a solid bridge connecting the supply and purchase and the production line.

IV.Finished goods warehouse
Finished product warehouse is divided into solid wood furniture area, panel furniture area, upholstered furniture area, screen, steel furniture area and comprehensive finished product storage area. Each area is divided into storage areas according to different packaging forms and product weight systems. The finished product warehouse of panel furniture can hold 4000 pieces of finished products, and the finished product warehouse of solid wood furniture can hold 3000 pieces of finished products. The finished product warehouse is managed by the company's storage center, which has a sophisticated management system and a well-established management system. A set of modern network management system makes the management of outgoing and incoming warehouses efficient and accurate, and provides favorable guarantee for the timely delivery of products.
