Having established with the slogan “love of Flavor” in conserved and convenience food in Burhaniye, a lovely town on the Gulf of Edremit, in 1982, Burcu Gida has combined the Anatolian flavors with the modern technology and become a rapidly-growing food company. Expanding both its capacity and its product range through investments, it has attained the position of a brand which is sought for not only in the Turkish market but in the international markets as well. As well as traditional products, Burcu Gıda has added also the common tastes of world cuisines to its product range and now its range of products contains over 450 products. The agricultural products which are grown on the fertile lands of Burhaniye and the Gulf are controlled by expert engineers before the production process starts. We use the cutting-edge technology which are preferred by the World leader producers in the production line of paste and canned foods and we process these agricultural products and transform them into perfect products with quality and taste by preparing meticulously.

Our Production Facilities:

Burcu Gıda was established as a small plant in 1982. Expanding its market network gradually, it enlarged its production facility with investments. Burcu Gida, initially, had a production area of 500 - 600 m2, but now it has an open production area of 50.000 m2 and a closed production area of 10.100 m2. Today, the company maintains its production in the food sector with two production facilities in Burhaniye and Canakkale, Yenice province. In 2000s, it established a modern laboratory and started to carry out the research and development activities within its own structure. In this laboratory, experienced food engineers and technicians conduct physical, chemical and microbiological analysis and control of all agricultural products at every stage of production. We increase continuously our production capacity and service quality by following the new sectoral developments, the activities which carried out by the important food institutions and universities in Turkey and in the world. Burcu Gida having entered food sector by manufacturing tomato Paste firstly expanded its product range with important investments and R&D activities. It reached over 450 products in 12 category such as - mainly Tomato Paste and Pepper Paste - Ketchup and Mayonnaise, Canned Foods, Boiled Products, Instant Meals, and Sauces.
