Graphite Electrode

With petroleum coke, pitch coke and needle coke as granular materials and coal tar pitch as binder, it is a high temperature resistant graphite conductive material made by kneading, forming, baking, impregnating, graphitization and machining. Graphite electrodes are important high-temperature conductive materials for electric furnace steelmaking. Electric energy is input into the furnace through graphite electrodes, and the high temperature generated by the arc between the electrode end and the furnace material is used as a heat source to melt the furnace material for steelmaking. Other electric smelting or electrolysis equipment also often uses graphite electrodes as conductive materials.

Product Grade: Depending on the raw material used, the process and the physicochemical index of the finished product, grades are divided into RP, HP,SHP,UHP.
